Threshold Protection - Rumpus Week
Doorways and thresholds are some of the busiest zones on any construction site. Constant foot traffic, tools, and materials make them vulnerable to scratches, dents, and dirt - damage that can be costly to repair once finishes are installed.
On The Block, contestants learnt how to protect thresholds using a simple, effective method that not only keeps surfaces safe but is also easy to remove and replace, allowing doors to close properly at the end of each day.

How to Protect Thresholds - Step by Step Guide
Step 1:Â Gather your materials;
Step 2:Â Apply Protecta Guard to the door frame and Yellow Masking Tape to the aluminium threshold.
Step 3:Â Add Hook Tape on top of the Yellow Masking Tape.
Step 4:Â Position Protecta Stair & Edge Guard with fleece underlay, securing it to the Hook Tape.
