1. This promotion is run by Protecta Group Australia Pty Ltd 55 607 874 260, trading as Protecta ("Protecta", "we", "us").
2. The offer is valid from 12:00am Monday 15 June 2026 to 11:59pm Friday 10 July 2026 (AEST), inclusive. Orders must be placed and confirmed within this period to qualify.
3. Eligible customers receive up to 60% off the applicable ‘Trade’ price on selected clearance stock during the promotional period.
4. The offer applies to all customers.
5. The offer applies only to products designated by Protecta as clearance stock for this event. Products not designated as clearance stock are excluded.
6. Clearance stock is limited and offered on a first come, first served basis. Protecta will not provide rainchecks or backorders once an item is sold out.
7. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, offer, promotion, contract pricing, or rebate, unless we state otherwise in writing.
8. The discount applies to the price of eligible goods only. It does not apply to delivery, freight, handling, installation, or any other charges.
9. Discounted pricing is exclusive of GST In the event of a pricing or typographical error, we reserve the right to correct it and to decline or cancel affected orders, with any payment refunded.
10. Clearance stock is sold as a final sale. We do not accept returns or provide refunds, exchanges, or credits for change of mind on clearance items.
11. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. Where a consumer guarantee applies, you remain entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. 12. Protecta reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time, and to refuse, limit, or cancel orders where we reasonably suspect error, misuse, or breach of these terms, subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
